On-Site IT Consulting—$170 per hour /one hour minimum charge
No charge for travel time for locations north of downtown Chicago including most north and northwest suburbs
Parking fees are the responsibility of the client
Off-Site IT consulting—via phone/remote support - $42.50 each 15 - minute increment
Subscription Rates
Remote support for all employees - available seven days a week
4 employees - $680 per month
5 - 9 employees - $850 per month
10 - 15 employees - $1700 per month
If premier determines that an on-site visit is needed our regular hourly rate will apply
All payments to be made by credit card at time of service or at the beginning of the month if on subscription
